As stated in the Articles of Association of PT Telekomunikasi Selular, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) serves as the highest forum that is granted the authority other than that granted to either the Board of Directors or the Board of Commissioners, including making decisions regarding vital and strategic corporate actions and approving the reports of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.
